Follow the steps to return and/or exchange your order.
Step 1: Download and print the form below.
Step 2: Fill out the form in full
Step 3: Post your items including the form to the address on the form.
Step 4: We will review your items and arrange for a refund/exchange (according to our policies).
Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Returns and Exchange
To be eligible for a return, you must
- Return items within 30 days of receiving your original order;
- Return items unused, in the same condition you received it, and within the original packaging;
- Ensure the items are packed up properly to avoid any damages during shipping
- Include the reason for return
We will replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@bisous.com.au.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check your bank account again.
Step 2: Contact your bank - there is often a processing time before a refund is posted
Step 3: If you’ve done the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at contact@bisous.com.au.
Sales items
Only regular price items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.
